The heating consists of an air to air heat pump with the possibility for cooling. In the bathroom there is an electrical heater.
The tenancy has a combined kitchen and living room area with many possibilities for furnishing and a nice bathroom (with mechanical ventilation).
There is a glass door and a glass panel with a window. Inside the apartment there is blinds installed for privacy.
In the kitchen area you find cupboards, tabletop, sink, a closet, fridge and a stovetop (2 hotplates).
It is possible to hang lamps from the ceiling, where you will find two lamp outlets. Throughout the apartment, there is plenty of power outlets.
The walls are painted white and the flooring consists of a light colored oak vinyl. The ceiling is Troldtekt acoustic panels, which secures effective soundproofing. The bathroom has white tiles.
The apartment is rented unfurnished and the tenant is responsible for getting internet in the tenancy.
There is a laundry room connected to the apartments, where there are two washing machines and one dryer.
Payment for use of the laundry room is pay-per-wash and there is a guide on how to use the machines in the laundry room.
The machines are operated by an external company.
