All the tenancies have an outdoor balcony of 7,2 square meters, where you also find an outdoor cabinet.
The heating consists of an air to air heat pump with the possibility for cooling. In the bathroom there is an electrical heater.
The tenancy has a combined kitchen and living room area with many possibilities for furnishing and a nice bathroom (with mechanical ventilation).
From the balcony, there is a glass door and a glass panel with a window. Inside the apartment there is blinds installed for privacy and blackout.

It is possible to hang lamps from the ceiling, where you will find two lamp outlets. Throughout the apartment, there is plenty of power outlets.
The walls are painted white and the flooring consists of a light colored oak vinyl. The ceiling is Troltekt acoustic panels, which secures effective soundproofing. The bathroom has white tiles.
